Site Specific Didactics

While training at MGH, the Fellow will participate in a weekly seminar at the Psychology Assessment Center, with seminars taught by neuropsychologists from within the Center, as well as adult and pediatric neurologists at MGH and visiting lecturers from the Boston area.  In addition, the fellow will attend weekly group supervision with the neuropsychology interns and will co-lead supervision with a staff neuropsychologist.  In addition, the neuropsychologist will have the opportunity to attend Neurology and Psychiatry Grand Rounds, as well as rounds within a variety of neurology clinics, including behavioral neurology, epilepsy, movement disorders and memory disorders.

While at BWH, the Fellow will participate in academic activities associated with the Center for Brain Mind Medicine including interdisciplinary Clinical Rounds, Epilepsy Rounds, and Journal Club. Fellows also will have the opportunity to attend Neurology and Psychiatry Grand Rounds.

Other didactic experiences may be incorporated, time permitting. Fellows may also serve as supervisors for other less advanced trainees. The Fellow will receive ongoing evaluation by senior staff to ensure competence and adherence to professional ethical standards.
